A spiral drainage structure for accelerating air flow is arranged on the inner side wall of the shell and/or the outer side wall of the rotor; when the motor works, air in the first cavity enters the second cavity through the air guide cavity and then returns to the first cavity through the ventilation holes, and circulation is formed. The controller is integrated, the total size of the motor is reduced, the cost of the motor is reduced, and the working efficiency and integrity of the motor are improved; meanwhile, local overheating can be avoided, so that the overall temperature of the motor is reduced, and the working performance of the motor is improved.
本发明公开了一种集成控制器的轮毂电机,其涉及轮毂电机领域。其技术方案要点包括中轴、壳体组件、控制器和锥型机芯,锥型机芯两侧分别形成第一腔室和第二腔室,控制器位于第一腔室中;机壳内侧壁与转子外侧壁之间形成连通第一腔室与第二腔室的导风腔;定子支架上开设有连通第一腔室与第二腔室的通风孔;机壳内侧壁和/或转子外侧壁设置有用于加快空气流动的螺旋引流结构;电机工作时,第一腔室内的空气通过导风腔进入第二腔室,然后通过通风孔回到第一腔室,形成循环流通。本发明集成了控制器,有利于减小电机的总体积,降低电机的成本,提升电机的工作效率和整体性;同时能够避免局部过热,从而降低电机的整体温度,提高电机的工作性能。
