The invention relates to a smoke exhaust structure of a battery pack, and aims to solve the problem that a smoke exhaust path leading to the outside of a vehicle is a single path using a smoke exhaust pipeline in the conventional smoke exhaust structure of the battery pack, and exhaust smoke gas generated by a battery unit may have adverse effects on passengers. A smoke discharge structure (11) of a battery pack (10) according to the present invention has a first smoke discharge path (31) using a smoke discharge duct (22) that can communicate with a battery cell, and a second smoke discharge path (32) using a cooling air path of an inverter (15). Furthermore, if exhaust gas is generated in the battery unit when an abnormality occurs in the battery module (21), the exhaust structure (11) of the battery pack (10) exhausts the exhaust gas to the outside of the vehicle (12) using the first exhaust path (31) and the second exhaust path (32). With this configuration, it is possible to prevent exhaust gas containing toxic components from filling the interior of the vehicle (12), thereby preventing adverse effects on occupants.
本发明涉及电池组的排烟结构,目前的电池组的排烟结构为,通向车辆车室外的排烟路径是使用排烟管道的单路径,电池单元产生的排烟气体有可能对乘员产生不利影响。本发明的电池组(10)的排烟结构(11)具有:使用可与电池单元连通的排烟管道(22)的第一排烟路径(31),以及使用逆变器(15)的冷却风路的第二排烟路径(32)。而且,如果在电池模块(21)发生异常时电池单元产生了排烟气体,则电池组(10)的排烟结构(11)会使用第一排烟路径(31)和第二排烟路径(32)将上述排烟气体向车辆(12)的车室外排出。通过这种结构,可以防止含有有毒成分的排烟气体充斥车辆(12)的车室内,从而防止对乘员产生不利影响。
