The invention discloses a traffic light time dynamic control method, device and equipment and a readable storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of traffic light control. The recording of the preset time length on the preset road is obtained according to the preset frequency; extracting acoustic characteristics of the recording, generating a spectrogram, and judging whether preset phonemes exist in the spectrogram or not; and if yes, acquiring a real-time video of the preset road, extracting RGB pixels of the vehicle in the real-time video, and determining whether to adjust the traffic light by detecting whether the RGB pixels of the vehicle include a preset RGB pixel group. The traffic lights can be dynamically adjusted according to the actual road condition whether special vehicles pass or not, and intelligent traffic is achieved. Moreover, the method avoids the defects of short detection range and short reaction time caused by only deploying a camera device, adds the pre-sound detection (the sound propagation is relatively far), improves the detection accuracy of special vehicles, and provides more sufficient adjustment time for traffic lights.

    本申请公开了一种红绿灯时间动态控制方法、装置、设备及可读存储介质,属于交通信号灯控制技术领域。本申请通过按照预设频率获取预设道路上预设时长的录音;提取录音的声学特征并生成声谱图,判断声谱图中是否存在预设音素;若是,则获取预设道路的实时录像,提取实时录像中车辆的RGB像素,并通过检测车辆的RGB像素是否包括预设RGB像素组,确定是否调整红绿灯。能够根据是否存在特殊车辆通行的实际路况来动态调整红绿灯,实现智慧交通。且本申请避开了只部署摄像头装置导致的检测范围和反应时间短的弊端,加入了预先声音检测(声音传播较远),提高了特殊车辆检测的准确率,并给了红绿灯更加充分的调整时间。
