The invention relates to a traffic emergency command system and method based on digital twinning, the digital twinning identifies an event occurring on a road through video and radar systems and the like, and sends the event to the emergency command system through the system, and the system receives a message, judges the type, time, place and other information of the event through an identification algorithm, and sends the information to a platform for display and prompt. After the emergency event is selected, the digital twin model is positioned to the corresponding position of the event, a related emergency disposal plan is calculated according to the information such as the grade and the type of the event, and after the plan is selected, related personnel are analyzed according to the information such as the content, the occurrence place and the event type of the plan; and displaying the contact information and the position information of the personnel in an interface which is equal to the digital twinning. The method has the advantages that based on a digital twinning system, the whole processing process of an event is displayed, information of each link of the event is monitored in multiple directions and displayed in a screen, meanwhile, the processing process of the whole event is stored, and the traceability of the event is kept.

    本发明涉及一种基于数字孪生的交通应急指挥系统及方法,数字孪生通过视频与雷达等系统,识别路上发生的事件,通过系统发送到应急指挥系统中,系统接收到消息,通过识别算法,判断事件的类型、时间、地点等信息,发送到平台展示并提示。应急事件选择后,数字孪生中模型定位到事件相应的位置,并根据事件的等级、类型等信息推算出相关的应急处置预案,选择预案后,根据预案的内容、发生的地点、事件类型等信息分析出相关的人员,并展示人员的联系方式、位置信息等于数字孪生的界面中。优点:基于数字孪生的系统,展示事件的整个处置过程,多方位的监控并展示事件各个环节的信息到屏幕中,同时保存了整个事件的处置过程,保留了事件的可追溯性。
