The blind spot display device displays an image of a blind spot blocked by an obstacle (92), and includes an incident surface (2a), a light guide member (2e), a first reflective surface (3) close to a display region, a second reflective surface (2c) close to the blind spot, and a plurality of prism portions (4) protruding toward the display region. An external environment light beam enters the incident surface, is alternately reflected on the first and second reflecting surfaces while passing through the light guide member, and is emitted toward the display area through the prism portion. The apex of the prism portion is arranged in a three-dimensional manner rather than along a plane.
