The invention relates to a working method of an intelligent hydraulic construction hoist, and belongs to the field of construction hoists. The hydraulic system comprises a lift car, an oil cylinder and car body connecting piece, a hydraulic oil cylinder, a variable-frequency hydraulic oil pump motor, a hydraulic main pump, a hydraulic pipe and a hydraulic oil tank. The amplitude of an operating handle of the construction hoist is transmitted to the frequency converter, the frequency converter outputs different frequencies to the speed-adjustable hydraulic oil pump motor according to changes of input signals to adjust the speed, the operating handle transmits the signals to the frequency converter according to the proportion of 0-100, and the frequency converter transmits the signals to the variable-frequency hydraulic oil pump motor according to the proportion of 0-50 HZ to control the speed of the variable-frequency hydraulic oil pump motor. The device is simple and reasonable in structural design, safe, reliable, convenient to operate, stable and efficient in work and low in noise, and meets the use requirements.

    本发明涉及一种智能液压施工升降机的工作方法,它属于施工升降机领域。本发明中的液压系统包括轿厢、油缸与厢体连接件、液压油缸、变频液压油泵电机、液压主泵、液压管和液压油箱;施工升降机操作手柄的幅度传输给变频器,变频器根据输入信号的变化输出不同频率至可调速液压油泵电机以调节速度,操作手柄按比例0‑100发送给变频器,变频器按比例0‑50HZ传输给变频液压油泵电机以控制其速度。本发明结构设计简单合理,安全可靠,操作方便,工作平稳、高效,噪音小,满足使用需求。
