The invention provides a brake master cylinder device, a brake system and a vehicle. The brake master cylinder device comprises a shell, a simulator damping spring, a simulator piston and a master cylinder pedal force conduction piece, wherein the simulator damping spring, the simulator piston and the master cylinder pedal force conduction piece are located in the shell. Wherein one end of the simulator damping spring is connected with the end face of the shell, and the other end of the simulator damping spring is connected with the simulator piston; one end of the master cylinder pedal force conduction piece is connected with the simulator piston, and the other end of the master cylinder pedal force conduction piece is connected with a brake pedal push rod, so that thrust of the brake pedal push rod is conducted to the simulator piston, the simulator piston is made to move in the direction close to the simulator damping spring, and then the simulator damping spring is compressed. Pedal thrust is transmitted to the pedal feeling simulator through a mechanical structure, the number of parts in a brake system is reduced, the arrangement difficulty of a whole vehicle cabin is lowered, the procedure of installing a hydraulic pipeline between the pedal feeling simulator and the brake master cylinder is reduced, and a large amount of time and labor cost are reduced.

    本发明提供了一种制动主缸装置、制动系统及车辆,所述装置包括:壳体,位于所述壳体内的模拟器阻尼弹簧、模拟器活塞以及主缸踏板力传导件;其中,所述模拟器阻尼弹簧的一端与所述壳体的端面连接,另一端与所述模拟器活塞连接;所述主缸踏板力传导件的一端与所述模拟器活塞连接,另一端与制动踏板推杆连接,以将所述制动踏板推杆的推力传导至所述模拟器活塞,以使所述模拟器活塞向靠近所述模拟器阻尼弹簧的方向发生位移,进而压缩所述模拟器阻尼弹簧。本发明通过机械结构传递踏板推力至踏板感模拟器,减少了制动系统中的部件数量,降低了整车机舱的布置难度,减少了安装踏板感模拟器与制动主缸之间液压管路的工序,降低了大量时间及人力成本。
