The invention provides a motor auxiliary heating control method for a pure electric vehicle, which comprises the following steps: when a power battery needs to be charged and preheated at a low temperature, a vehicle control unit sends an instruction of required heating power and a starting instruction to a motor controller by using a CAN bus, and when the motor controller enters an auxiliary heating mode, the motor controller starts to heat the power battery; the current relative position of a stator and a rotor is obtained through a rotary transformer sensor, three-phase current is converted into an alpha-beta rectangular coordinate system through Clark conversion, the alpha-beta rectangular coordinate system is converted into a dq-axis rectangular coordinate system for motor vector control through a finely-calibrated 0 rpm rotary transformer zero initial value, a power instruction sent by a vehicle control unit is converted into a d-axis current instruction, and the d-axis current instruction is sent to a motor controller. And meanwhile, q-axis current is ensured to be 0A all the time, so that a motor stator emits heat without torque output, and then heat of the motor is brought to a battery through a whole vehicle cooling loop. The production cost of the electric automobile can be reduced, and the user experience is improved.

    本发明提供一种纯电动汽车的电机辅助加热控制方法,当动力电池在低温下需要充电预热时,整车控制器会将需求的加热功率的指令以及开启指令利用CAN总线发送给电机控制器,电机控制器进入辅助加热模式时,利用旋变传感器获得当前定转子的相对位置,利用Clark变换将三相电流转化为αβ直角坐标系,利用精细标定的0rpm旋变零位初值将αβ直角坐标系转化为dq轴直角坐标系进行电机矢量控制,将整车控制器发送的功率指令转化为d轴电流指令,同时q轴电流保证始终为0A,使得电机定子发热但无扭矩输出,再通过整车冷却回路将电机的热量带到电池。本发明能减少电动汽车的生产成本,并提高用户体验。
