The mobile power charging (replacing) station comprises a mobile energy storage (supplementing) device, a mobile power charging (replacing) device, a power transformation and distribution device, a visual supervision platform and other matched devices which are arranged on a carrier. The visual supervision platform can be used for managing and controlling the movable energy storage (compensation) equipment, the movable energy charging (conversion) equipment, the power transformation and distribution equipment and other matched equipment. The power transformation and distribution equipment obtains electric energy from a power grid side and then supplies power to the movable energy storage (compensation) equipment, and meanwhile, other matched equipment can be supplemented with electric energy to supply power to the energy storage (compensation) equipment; the electric energy output by the mobile energy storage (compensation) equipment is inverted, and emergency or peak regulation power compensation is carried out on the power load of the power grid side; the electric energy output by the mobile energy storage (supplement) equipment is rectified and transformed and then is used for charging an electric (automobile) vehicle and the like. The mobile power charging (replacing) station can provide temporary power utilization guarantee for power loads of important departments, key parts and the like when a power grid has power failure crisis; meanwhile, the influence caused by insufficient electric power in the actual running process of an electric (automobile) vehicle and the like can be solved; and meanwhile, local temporary large-load electricity utilization in cities, villages and the like can be guaranteed.
