The invention discloses a motor controller fault turn-off system and a pure electric vehicle, the system comprises a power conversion module, a driving circuit, a logic circuit, a power supply chip and a main control chip, the main control chip outputs a first control signal to the driving circuit to enable a motor to output an expected torque, the fault state of the motor is monitored, and the power supply chip outputs a second control signal to the logic circuit; when an abnormality is found, a fault signal is output to the power supply chip, a fault control signal is output to the logic circuit, the output torque of the motor is monitored, and when the abnormality is found, a second control signal is output to the driving circuit; the logic circuit performs logic processing on the fault turn-off signal and the fault control signal and outputs a logic control signal to the driving circuit; and corresponding switch tubes in the power conversion module are subjected to turn-off control through the driving circuit. Therefore, through turn-off control, it can be ensured that the driving system can rapidly and reliably enter the safe state in the fault state, and meanwhile unexpected power output is not generated.

    本发明公开了一种电机控制器故障关断系统及纯电动汽车,系统包括:功率转换模块,驱动电路,逻辑电路,电源芯片和主控芯片,其中,主控芯片输出第一控制信号至驱动电路,以使电机输出预期扭矩,对自身的故障状态进行监测,并在发现异常时输出故障信号至电源芯片和输出故障控制信号至逻辑电路,以及对电机的输出扭矩进行监测,并在发现异常时输出第二控制信号至驱动电路;逻辑电路对故障关断信号和故障控制信号进行逻辑处理,并输出逻辑控制信号至驱动电路;通过驱动电路对功率转换模块中的相应开关管进行关断控制。由此,通过关断控制,能够确保驱动系统在故障状态下能够快速、可靠的进入到安全状态,同时不产生非预期的动力输出。
