    本发明公开了一种飞机机翼蒙皮裂纹切除装置,属于飞机维修设备技术领域,包括外壳体、切除机具和装夹机构,其特征在于:所述的外壳体的内部安装有装夹机构和弹性防护机构,弹性防护机构与装夹机构连接,装夹机构内部装夹安装有切除机具;所述的装夹机构的上端套有与之滑动配合导向套筒;所述的外壳体的下端设有导向盲孔,导向套筒的上端插在外壳体的导向盲孔内,与导向盲孔滑动配合,导向套筒的上端与外壳体的导向盲孔的顶壁通过压缩弹簧连接;所述的导向套筒与弹性防护机构连接,压力传感器通过电路与控制伸缩缸的控制阀连接。与现有技术相比较具有在切除机翼下蒙皮的裂纹时,防止损伤机翼后梁的特点。
