The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted charging pile online upgrading method based on mobile communication and Bluetooth communication. A vehicle-mounted charging pile comprises a main controller MCU1, a controller MCU2, a Bluetooth module and a mobile communication module. The online upgrading method comprises the following steps: S1, starting a controller MCU2, and setting the output of a port of an IOSignal signal to be a low level or a high level by detecting the voltage of a power supply; s2, upgrading the charging pile through a cloud platform or mobile phone Bluetooth, and writing data corresponding to an upgrading file into a FLASH of the mobile communication module; step S3, the main controller MCU1 is upgraded; and S4, the controller MCU2 is upgraded. Hardware FLASH resources of the mobile communication module of the charging pile system are fully utilized, mobile communication remote upgrading and mobile phone Bluetooth upgrading can be compatible, the upgrading time sequence is optimized from the perspective of software design, and meanwhile the hardware cost can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于移动通信和蓝牙通信的车载充电桩在线升级方法,车载充电桩包括主控制器MCU1、控制器MCU2、蓝牙模组和移动通信模组;在线升级方法包括以下步骤:步骤S1、控制器MCU2启动,通过对电源电压的检测设置IO_Signal信号的端口输出为低电平或高电平;步骤S2、通过云端平台或手机蓝牙对充电桩进行升级,将升级文件对应的数据写入移动通信模组的FLASH中;步骤S3、对主控制器MCU1进行升级;步骤S4、对控制器MCU2进行升级。本发明充分利用了充电桩系统移动通信模组的硬件FLASH资源,能兼容移动通信远程升级和手机蓝牙升级,从软件设计角度优化了升级时序,同时还可以降低硬件成本。
