The invention relates to the technical field of wind turbine generator maintenance construction equipment, in particular to a tower crane system for wind turbine generator maintenance, which comprises a tower crane, a bearing mechanism, a deviation adjusting mechanism and a holding mechanism, the tower crane is provided with a base and a tower body, and the bearing mechanism is configured between a foundation structure of a wind turbine generator and the base; the bearing mechanism comprises a plurality of main hydraulic cylinders distributed at intervals, and rodless cavities of all the main hydraulic cylinders communicate with one another. The foundation structure of the wind turbine generator is used as a supporting point, the tower body of the tower crane is supported on the platform surface of the foundation structure by adopting the main hydraulic cylinders, and the tower body is connected with the tower frame by combining the holding mechanism, so that the tower crane can be fixed by depending on the wind turbine generator; wind turbine generator components for maintenance are transported to an operation water area by the workboat and then are maintained and replaced by the tower crane supported on the foundation structure, so that the replacement and maintenance cost of gear boxes, generators, blades and other components on the wind turbine generator is greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及风电机组维修施工设备技术领域,尤其是一种用于风电机组检修的塔吊系统,包括塔吊、承载机构、调偏机构以及抱紧机构,塔吊具有底座和塔身,承载机构用于配置在风电机组的基础结构与底座之间,承载机构包括多个间隔分布的主液压缸,所有主液压缸的无杆腔彼此连通;本发明利用风电机组的基础结构作为支撑点,并采用多个主液压缸来将塔吊的塔身支撑在基础结构的平台面上,再结合抱紧机构将塔身与塔架联结,从而实现塔吊可依赖风电机组进行固定,维修用的风电机组部件由作业船运输到作业水域后通过支撑在基础结构上的塔吊进行维修更换作业,进而大幅度降低风力发电机组上的齿轮箱、发电机、叶片等部件更换维修的成本。
