The invention discloses a passenger car aluminum profile framework splicing composite structure which comprises a vertically-arranged first aluminum profile framework, the left side and the right side of the first aluminum profile framework are each vertically provided with a second aluminum profile framework, and the center lines of the two second aluminum profile frameworks are located on the same horizontal connecting line. Clamping grooves of the same structure are formed in the two side faces of the long sides of the first aluminum profile framework and the second aluminum profile framework, L-shaped aluminum alloy castings are clamped into the clamping grooves in the two corner positions where each second aluminum profile framework is connected with the first aluminum profile framework, and locking bolts penetrate through the aluminum profile frameworks and the L-shaped aluminum alloy castings to fix the aluminum profile frameworks and the L-shaped aluminum alloy castings. The two aluminum profile frameworks are connected through the L-shaped aluminum alloy casting, the aluminum alloy casting is connected with the aluminum profile frameworks through the locking bolts, car body deformation caused by welding can be effectively avoided, the connecting strength and precision of the aluminum profile frameworks of the passenger car are improved, and passive safety of the passenger car in the running process is enhanced.

    本发明公开了一种客车铝型材骨架拼接复合结构,包括有竖直设置的第一铝型材骨架,第一铝型材骨架左、右两侧各垂直设置有1根第二铝型材骨架,2根第二铝型材骨架的中心线处于同一条水平连线上,第一铝型材骨架和第二铝型材骨架的长边两个侧面均设结构相同的卡槽,每一根第二铝型材骨架与第一铝型材骨架连接的2个转角位置的卡槽中卡入有L型铝合金铸件,锁紧螺栓穿过铝型材骨架和L型铝合金铸件后将其固定住。两根铝型材骨架之间采用L型铝合金铸件连接,铝合金铸件通过锁紧螺栓与铝型材骨架连接,能够有效避免焊接引起的车身变形,提升客车铝型材骨架连接强度和精度,增强客车行驶时的被动安全性。
