The invention discloses an adjustable suspension arm structure of railway vehicle chassis equipment. The adjustable suspension arm structure comprises a fixed seat, a suspension arm, an adjusting screw rod and a nut clamping block, the fixing base is provided with an open sliding groove, one end of the suspension arm is contained in the open sliding groove, and the suspension arm is connected with the open sliding groove in a sliding fit mode. A mounting clamping groove is formed in the suspension arm, and the nut clamping block is arranged in the mounting clamping groove in a sliding manner; the nut clamping block is provided with a through inner threaded hole. The adjusting screw rod comprises a smooth section and a threaded section, the smooth section is provided with a limiting step extending in the circumferential direction, and the threaded section is provided with an external thread; the threaded section is in threaded connection with the nut clamping block, the smooth section is rotationally connected with the fixing base, and the fixing base is provided with a limiting clamping groove for limiting axial movement of the limiting step. The suspension arm can move in the open sliding groove of the fixed seat, the equipment can be prevented from being influenced by a lap joint part in the vertical lifting process by reasonably adjusting the extension amount of the suspension arm, and the device is simple in structure, safe and reliable.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆底架设备的可调节悬挂臂结构,其包括:固定座、悬挂臂、调节螺杆和螺母卡块;固定座设置有开口滑槽,悬挂臂的一端容纳于开口滑槽内且悬挂臂和开口滑槽滑动配合连接;悬挂臂上设置有安装卡槽,螺母卡块滑动设置在安装卡槽内;螺母卡块具有贯穿的内螺纹孔;调节螺杆包括光滑段和螺纹段,光滑段设置有周向延伸的限位台阶,螺纹段设置有外螺纹;螺纹段与螺母卡块螺纹连接,光滑段与固定座转动连接,且固定座设置有限制限位台阶轴向移动的限位卡槽。本发明的悬挂臂可以在固定座开口滑槽内移动,通过合理调节悬挂臂伸出量可使设备垂向升降过程中不受搭接部位的影响,结构简单,安全可靠。
