The active stability control system comprises a wheel carrier, a wheel shaft and two bearing wheels, the two bearing wheels are rotatably installed on the wheel carrier and provided with rotating shafts, and the two ends of the wheel shaft are connected with the rotating shafts of the two bearing wheels respectively; the device further comprises two connecting pieces, an adjusting mechanism, a sensing mechanism and a control mechanism. The two connecting pieces are connected between the wheel shaft and the corresponding rotating shafts and are arranged to drive the rotating shafts to deviate relative to the center line of the wheel shaft, and the deviation directions of the two rotating shafts are opposite; the sensing mechanism is connected with the wheel carrier to detect ground height change information; the adjusting mechanism is in transmission connection with one connecting piece to drive the connecting piece to rotate so as to drive the other connecting piece to rotate; the control mechanism is connected with the sensing mechanism and the adjusting mechanism so as to control the adjusting mechanism to work according to the height change information, so that the two rotating shafts are adjusted in opposite directions relative to the height direction of the wheel shaft. The device can adapt to ground changes in real time and keep balance, and therefore transverse swing of the vehicle body is eliminated.

    一种承载轮的主动稳定控制系统和方法,包括轮架、轮轴和两承载轮,两承载轮可转动地安装于轮架上并设有旋转轴,轮轴两端分别与两承载轮的旋转轴相连;还包括两连接件、调节机构、传感机构和控制机构;两所述连接件连接于所述轮轴和对应的所述旋转轴之间且设置成驱使所述旋转轴相对所述轮轴中心线偏移,并且两所述旋转轴的偏移方向相反;所述传感机构与轮架相连以检测地面高度变化信息;所述调节机构与其中一所述连接件传动连接以驱动其旋转从而带动另一所述连接件旋转;所述控制机构与所述传感机构和调节机构相连以根据高度变化信息控制调节机构工作,使得两所述旋转轴相对所述轮轴在高度方向沿相反方向调整。本发明能实时适应地面变化并保持平衡,从而消除车身横向摆动。
