The millimeter wave radar is controlled to transmit data to the ROS system equipment through a CAN, the ROS system equipment carries out topic publishing on a traffic target detection result in a video mode through a data fusion traffic target detection method, the video of the detection result is encrypted through an RTMP mode in an IP address transmission protocol mode, and the video is connected with a network to carry out real-time flow pushing; according to the invention, accurate perception and real-time monitoring of the traffic state are realized, and data storage is carried out, so that a user can check the traffic condition at any time, play back the historical traffic condition and mark traffic accident video points, and traffic accident analysis can be carried out rapidly.
