Various sensor signals in the running process of a vehicle are collected through a data collection module; the current working state of a vehicle is judged by processing and analyzing collected sensor signals in real time, a steering wheel torque signal threshold value and an angular speed signal threshold value are set to serve as judgment standards of a motor working mode, the motor working mode is selected, and if the threshold values are exceeded, the motor is in an emergency steering mode. The working mode belongs to a normal working mode under other conditions; when the motor is in a normal working mode, target current is output through a currently designed dead-beat sliding mode control mode according to the target current required by upper-layer control, and control over a current loop of the motor is achieved; when the motor is in the emergency steering mode, according to the target rotating speed required by upper-layer control, the target rotating speed is output in an active-disturbance-rejection field-weakening control mode, control over a motor rotating speed ring is achieved, and multi-mode rapid and accurate response of the power-assisted steering motor is achieved.
