The invention discloses a traction motor transportation protection structure, a traction motor and a railway vehicle, and relates to the technical field of motors. The traction motor transportation protection structure comprises a motor rotating shaft, a transmission end bearing assembly, a non-transmission end bearing assembly and an adjusting structure, the transmission end bearing assembly is arranged at the transmission end of the motor rotating shaft, the non-transmission end bearing assembly is arranged at the non-transmission end of the motor rotating shaft, and the non-transmission end bearing assembly comprises a non-transmission end cover, a non-transmission end bearing and a shaft sleeve. The adjusting structure is connected between the shaft sleeve and the motor rotating shaft, the motor rotating shaft is provided with a rotating shaft shoulder, and the adjusting structure adjusts and locks the axial position of the motor rotating shaft relative to the shaft sleeve so that the motor rotating shaft can move towards the transmission side in the axial direction till the rotating shaft shoulder abuts against the transmission end cover. Or the motor rotating shaft is made to move towards the non-transmission side in the axial direction until the preset distance is formed between the shaft shoulder of the rotating shaft and the end cover of the transmission end, and therefore the bearing of the traction motor can be protected more conveniently.

    本发明公开了一种牵引电机运输防护结构、牵引电机及轨道车辆,涉及电机技术领域。牵引电机运输防护结构,包括电机转轴、传动端轴承组件、非传动端轴承组件和调节结构,传动端轴承组件设于电机转轴的传动端,非传动端轴承组件设于电机转轴的非传动端,非传动端轴承组件包括非传动端端盖、非传动端轴承和轴套,调节结构连接于轴套和电机转轴之间,电机转轴上设置转轴轴肩,调节结构通过调节并锁定电机转轴相对于轴套的轴向位置,以使电机转轴朝向轴向上的传动侧运动,直至转轴轴肩抵于传动端端盖,或者使电机转轴朝向轴向上的非传动侧运动、直至转轴轴肩与传动端端盖之间形成预设间距,从而可以更加方便地对牵引电机的轴承进行防护。
