The invention discloses an emergency equipment automatic balance adjusting device and an adjusting method thereof. The automatic balance adjusting device for the emergency equipment comprises a frame, a plurality of telescopic supporting legs, a digital double-shaft tilt angle sensor and a programmable logic controller. The plurality of telescopic supporting legs are uniformly distributed around the frame in a circumferential array manner, and the plurality of telescopic supporting legs are rotatably arranged on the frame; the telescopic supporting leg comprises a driving part and a telescopic rod in driving connection with the driving part, and the driving part drives the telescopic rod to stretch out and draw back; the digital double-shaft tilt angle sensor is mounted on the frame; the digital double-shaft tilt angle sensor is used for sending a sensing signal to the programmable logic controller; and the programmable logic controller is used for receiving a sensing signal of the digital double-shaft tilt angle sensor and sending a control signal to the driving part of the telescopic supporting leg. According to the automatic balance adjusting device for the emergency equipment and the adjusting method of the automatic balance adjusting device, horizontal balance adjustment of a vehicle-mounted automatic loading and unloading movable lighting lighthouse is achieved.
