The invention relates to a large-span extra-heavy plate girder overturning and hoisting method which comprises the following steps: 1, determining hoisting point positions, namely determining the range of the distance between two hoisting points according to specifications and on-site actual conditions, analyzing the positions of different hoisting points by utilizing finite element software to calculate the stress distribution of a plate girder, and selecting the optimal hoisting point positions of two large cranes; 2, determining the use of the small crane, and analyzing and calculating whether the small crane needs to be arranged in the middle in the overturning process by utilizing finite element software; 3, determining a connection position of the small crane, analyzing and calculating stress distribution of different positions and different stress conditions of the small crane by utilizing finite element software, and determining an optimal connection position; and 4, overturning and hoisting: the large cranes at the two ends firstly apply force, the small crane in the middle follows the large cranes at the two ends to apply force later according to a calculation result, the small crane moves to a track after overturning is completed, the large cranes at the two ends hoist the plate girder in place and then release hooks, and hoisting is completed. The problem that potential safety hazards exist due to shaking in the overturning process of a plate girder in a conventional hoisting method is solved.

    本发明涉及一种大跨度超重型板梁翻转吊装方法,包括如下步骤:一吊点位置确定,根据规范和现场实际情况确定两个吊点距离的范围,利用有限元软件分析不同吊点位置计算板梁应力分布,选定两台大型吊车最佳吊点位置;二小型吊车使用确定,利用有限元软件分析计算翻转过程是否需要在中间设置小型吊车;三确定小型吊车连接位置,利用有限元软件分析计算小型吊车不同位置与不同受力条件的应力分布,确定最佳连接位置;四翻转吊装,两端位置大吊车先发力,中间小型吊车根据计算结果跟随两端大吊车后面发力,翻转完成后小型吊车辙场,两端大型吊车将板梁吊装就位后松钩,完成吊装。本发明解决了常规吊装方法板梁在翻转过程中抖动存在安全隐患的问题。
