Buffering mechanisms are arranged at the two ends of a lifting hook, when the lifting hook deflects due to the inertia effect during cargo movement, the lifting hook extrudes a fixing plate, the fixing plate extrudes a third rotating seat, the third rotating seat extrudes a limiting circular plate, and the limiting circular plate extrudes a stable spring; the stable springs on the two sides enable the lifting hook in the middle position to be kept relatively stable, and the problem that articles deviate due to the fact that the lifting hook is horizontally moved is solved.

    本发明公开了一种具有双支杆协同缓冲结构的门座式起重机,包括升降机构和滑动座,所述升降机构包括滑轮,所述滑轮的顶端与所述滑动座的底面中心位置处固定连接,所述滑动座的底面位于所述滑轮的外侧位置处固定连接有四个第二转动座,所述滑轮的底端下方位置处设置有吊钩。本发明通过在吊钩的两端设置缓冲机构,当吊钩货物移动时受到惯性作用偏转时,吊钩对固定板产生挤压,使固定板对第三转动座产生挤压,使第三转动座对限位圆板进行挤压,使限位圆板对稳定弹簧进行挤压,从而使稳定弹簧压缩并吸收吊钩的挤压力,两侧的稳定弹簧使中间位置处的吊钩保持相对稳定,解决了水平移动吊钩产生物品发生偏移的问题。
