The invention relates to the technical field of pressure tank hoisting, in particular to a pressure tank hoisting structure which comprises a tank filling frame arranged on the periphery of a tank body of a pressure tank. An outer ring protrusion is arranged at the top of a tank neck of the pressure tank, the tank containing frame comprises a clamp arranged on the outer surface of a tank body of the pressure tank and a lifting frame arranged in the tank neck area of the pressure tank, and a positioning assembly matched with the outer ring protrusion is arranged on the lifting frame. The positioning assembly comprises a positioning piece which is arranged between the outer ring protrusions in a sleeved mode. The fixed support frame is mounted on the lifting frame; the supporting piece is arranged in the tank neck area of the pressure tank in a sleeving mode and is supported on the bottom edge of the outer ring protrusion; the bottom frame is arranged at the bottom edge of the lifting frame and is fixedly connected with the fixed support frame; and the buffer part is mounted on the bottom frame in an inserting manner and abuts against the bottom area of the tank neck of the pressure tank. Aiming at the tank without lifting lugs, the tank neck area is used as an acting point for lifting operation, the lifting stability is high, and the shaking amplitude of the tank in the running process can be effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及压力罐吊装技术领域,具体是一种压力罐吊装结构,包括装罐架框,装罐架框设置于压力罐的罐体外围;压力罐的罐颈顶部设置有外环凸起,装罐架框包括设置于压力罐的罐体外表面的卡箍,以及设置于压力罐的罐颈区域的吊装架,吊装架上设置有外环凸起相匹配的定位组件;定位组件包括:定位件,套设于外环凸起之间的;固定支框,安装于吊装架上;支托件,套设于压力罐的罐颈区域并且支托于外环凸起的底沿;底框架,设置于吊装架的底沿并且与固定支框固定连接;缓冲件,呈插合式安装于底框架上并且抵触于压力罐的罐颈底部区域。本发明针对无吊耳的罐体,以罐颈区域为着力点进行吊装作业,吊装稳定性高,能有效减少罐体运转过程中的晃动幅度。
