The high-voltage line and the cooling water pipe are integrated inside, the battery is a female end, the support is a male end, rapid and reliable connection can be achieved, and cooling water channels and circuits of the two batteries are communicated. The oil tank and a traditional longitudinally-arranged four-wheel-drive SUV are arranged in the same position, and the volume of the oil tank is not changed. The arrangement structure has the advantages that the trunk is equivalent to a traditional longitudinally-arranged four-wheel-drive SUV, due to the fact that the driving mileage of pure electricity is increased, the driving mileage of the whole vehicle is increased, and fuel consumption is effectively reduced through pure electricity driving.

    本发明提供了一种纵置四驱混动SUV平台构型,动力电池为两块对称的锂离子电池,通过螺栓固定到地板下,电池与地板之间保证安全间隙,电池与排气之间留有足够间隙,防止排气热辐射。地板下除去变速箱,分动器,排气以及传动轴占用的空间,其余都为电池布置空间,电池空间大,电量大。两块电池中间通过强度较高的支架相连。里面集成高压线和冷却水管,电池上为母端,支架为公端,可以快速可靠的连接,使两块电池的冷却水路连通和电路联通。油箱与传统纵置四驱SUV布置位置一致,油箱容积不变。这种布置构型的好处是行李箱与传统纵置四驱SUV相当,由于增加了纯电的续驶里程,整车续驶里程得到提升,并且通过纯电行驶,有效降低了燃油消耗量。
