The invention provides a fuel cell engine system for an underwater vehicle, belongs to the technical field of fuel cells, and solves the problems that in the prior art, when the fuel cell engine system is used underwater, external water easily enters an engine through a tail exhaust pipeline, so that a galvanic pile leaks water, and corresponding parts are damaged. The device comprises an electric pile, air supply equipment, hydrogen supply equipment, a water distribution piece, a hydrogen discharge valve and a one-way diaphragm valve capable of adjusting the opening degree of the valve. The one-way membrane flap valve is fixed on a tail exhaust pipeline of the underwater vehicle, is arranged at a position behind a gas-liquid mixed exhaust point and is provided with more than two membrane flaps, and the side edges of the adjacent membrane flaps sequentially abut against one another to form a pyramid structure with the top facing the water side; certain gaps are formed in the overlapping positions of the adjacent valves, the valves are opened when the gaps are expanded due to movement of the valves, and the valves are closed when the gaps are contracted due to movement of the valves. A hydrogen inlet of the galvanic pile is connected with hydrogen supply equipment, and a hydrogen tail gas outlet of the galvanic pile is connected with a tail exhaust pipeline of the underwater vehicle after sequentially passing through the water distribution piece and the hydrogen discharge valve.

    本发明提供了一种用于水下航行器的燃料电池发动机系统,属于燃料电池技术领域,解决了现有技术在水下使用时外部水容易通过尾排管路进入发动机内部造成电堆漏水和相应零部件损坏的问题。该装置包括电堆、空气供应设备、氢气供应设备、分水件、排氢阀,以及可调阀门开度的单向膜瓣阀。单向膜瓣阀固定于水下航行器的尾排管道上,设于气液混排点之后的位置,其具有2片以上膜瓣,相邻膜瓣的侧边依次抵靠形成顶部朝向水侧的棱锥结构;相邻瓣膜的叠合处具有一定的间隙,瓣膜移动导致间隙扩张时阀门开启,瓣膜移动导致间隙收缩时阀门关闭。电堆的氢气入口接氢气供应设备,其氢气尾气出口依次经分水件、排氢阀后接水下航行器的尾排管道。
