The invention provides a fault detection method and device for a filter in a CVT transmission and a vehicle. When the method is executed, the pressure value of the filter is obtained firstly, and then when the pressure value is larger than a pressure switch threshold value and smaller than a blocking pressure switch threshold value, the oil charging time and the pressure building time of the hydraulic pump are obtained; according to the current engine parameters, corresponding standard oil charging time and standard pressure building time are determined from a preset standard comparison table; and finally, when the difference value between the oil charging time and the standard oil charging time is smaller than or equal to a preset oil charging time difference value range and the difference value between the pressure buildup time and the standard pressure buildup time is smaller than or equal to a preset pressure buildup time difference value range, it is determined that the filter does not break down. In this way, whether the filter is actually blocked or not is further determined according to the oil charging time of the hydraulic pump and the pressure building time of the hydraulic pump, and therefore the accuracy of filter fault detection is improved.

    本申请提供了CVT变速器中滤清器的故障检测方法、装置及车辆。在执行该方法时,先获取滤清器的压力值,然后当压力值大于压力开关阈值且压力值小于堵塞压力开关阈值时,获取液压泵的充油时间和液压泵的建压时间;接着根据当前发动机参数,从预设标准对照表中确定出对应的标准充油时间和标准建压时间;最后当充油时间与标准充油时间之间的差值小于或等于预设充油时间差值范围和建压时间与标准建压时间之间的差值小于或等于预设建压时间差值范围时,确定滤清器未发生故障。这样一来,本申请进一步通过液压泵的充油时间和液压泵的建压时间来确定滤清器是否真正发生堵塞,从而提高检测滤清器故障的准确性。
