The invention provides an anti-oil-spilling vent valve device and an aircraft oil tank, and relates to the technical field of aircraft oil tank ventilation, the anti-oil-spilling vent valve device comprises a valve body, a valve cavity is arranged in the valve body, a first air channel and a second air channel are arranged in the outer wall of the valve cavity, a mounting part is arranged on the outer side of one end of the valve body, and an anti-oil-spilling plug cap and an external air channel are arranged in one end of the valve body; an internal gas channel is arranged at the other end of the valve body; the first valve element and the second valve element are connected with each other and are movably arranged in the valve cavity, a third air channel and a fourth air channel are formed in the first valve element and the second valve element respectively, and an annular groove body is formed between the first valve element and the second valve element; the first elastic part and the second elastic part are arranged at the end, away from the first valve element, of the second valve element and the end, away from the second valve element, of the first valve element correspondingly; the problem that in the prior art, internal and external air pressure balance adjustment of an aircraft oil tank is difficult to achieve through a mechanical structure which has the oil spill prevention function and is compact in structure and high in response speed is solved.

    本发明提供一种防溢油通气阀装置及飞行器油箱,涉及飞行器油箱通气技术领域,包括:阀体,内部设置有阀腔,阀腔的外壁内部设置有第一气道和第二气道,阀体的一端外侧设置有安装部,阀体的一端内部设置有防溢油堵帽和外部气体通道,阀体的另一端设置有内部气体通道;相互连接的第一阀芯和第二阀芯,活动设置在阀腔内,第一阀芯和第二阀芯内部分别开设有第三气道和第四气道,第一阀芯和第二阀芯之间形成环形的槽体;第一弹性部件和第二弹性部件,分别设置在第二阀芯远离第一阀芯的一端和设置在第一阀芯远离第二阀芯的一端;解决现有技术中飞行器油箱难以通过具有防溢油功能、结构紧凑响应速度快的机械结构实现飞行器油箱内外气压平衡调节的问题。
