The preparation method of the syndiotactic 1, 2-polybutadiene reinforced nickel-series butadiene rubber alloy comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a nickel-series butadiene rubber solution; s2, in-situ preparation of sPB in the nickel-series butadiene rubber liquid; and S3, condensing and drying the polymerized glue solution. According to the method, syndiotactic 1, 2-polybutadiene (sPB) reinforced nickel-series butadiene rubber alloy is prepared in situ, so that the sPB can be uniformly dispersed in a nickel-series butadiene rubber matrix and can be co-vulcanized with the nickel-series butadiene rubber matrix during vulcanization, the sPB is used as a filler, the interaction between the sPB and the nickel-series butadiene rubber matrix is enhanced through in-situ preparation, and the reinforcing effect is improved; and the internal friction of the tire is reduced.
