An automatic nut pre-tightening device of the automatic connecting device comprises a fixed base, a sliding platform, a lifting platform, a nut tightening device, a telescopic sleeve, a sliding oil cylinder, a lifting oil cylinder and a control system. The fixed base is fixedly mounted on the jacking sleeve frame; the sliding platform is installed on the top of the fixed base in a sliding fit mode in the horizontal direction. The sliding oil cylinder is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the fixed base; the lifting platform is installed on the sliding platform in a sliding fit mode in the vertical direction. The lifting oil cylinder is fixedly mounted on the sliding platform; the two nut tightening devices are movably mounted on the lifting platform; one end of each nut tightening device is provided with a telescopic sleeve capable of stretching out and drawing back in the vertical direction. And the telescopic sleeve is used for dismounting and connecting the self-locking bolts of the two standard knots. According to the automatic connecting device, the labor intensity of workers can be reduced, the mounting efficiency is improved, and the falling risk of the workers in the construction process can be avoided.
本发明公开了一种塔式起重机标准节间自动化连接装置,该自动化连接装置的螺母自动预紧装置包括固定底座、滑动平台、升降平台、螺母拧紧装置、伸缩套筒、滑动油缸、升降油缸以及控制系统;固定底座固定安装于顶升套架;滑动平台沿水平方向滑动配合地安装于固定底座的顶部;滑动油缸固定安装于固定底座的底部;升降平台沿竖直方向滑动配合地安装于滑动平台;升降油缸固定安装于滑动平台;两个螺母拧紧装置活动安装于升降平台上;在每个螺母拧紧装置的一端安装有一个能够沿竖直方向伸缩的伸缩套筒;伸缩套筒用于拆装连接两个标准节的自锁螺栓。该自动化连接装置能够降低工人劳动强度、提高安装效率,并可避免工人施工过程中坠落风险。
