The invention provides an intelligent swing stopping device and method for a crane. The problem that in the prior art, swing occurs in the using process of the crane is solved. The intelligent swing stopping device of the air crane comprises the air crane and a motor for controlling the air crane to move, the air crane is provided with a steel cable which is freely suspended and used for hoisting, the steel cable is provided with an inductive switch which is fixed on the air crane and synchronously moves with the air crane, and the inductive switch is electrically connected with the motor; when the gantry crane is static, a distance exists between the inductive switch and the steel cable, and the inductive switch sends a control signal to the motor by sensing the distance between the inductive switch and the steel cable. The distance between the induction switch and the steel cable inclining due to the inertia force effect is inducted through the induction switch synchronously moving with the air crane, a control signal is synchronously sent to the motor to control the air crane to correspondingly move, inclination of the steel cable due to the inertia force effect is counteracted, workers are prevented from holding materials at the lower end of the steel cable by hands, and the labor intensity of workers is lowered. The potential safety risk is eliminated, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明提出了一种航吊智能止摆装置及方法,解决了现有技术中航吊使用过程中发生的摆动问题。该航吊智能止摆装置包括航吊及控制航吊运动的电机,航吊上设有自由悬挂的、用于起吊的钢索,钢索处设有固定于航吊上、与航吊同步运动的感应开关,感应开关与电机之间电连接;航吊静止时,感应开关与钢索之间存在间距,感应开关通过感应其与钢索之间的距离向电机发送控制信号。本发明利用与航吊同步运动的感应开关来感应其与因惯性力作用而发生倾斜的钢索之间的间距,同步向电机发送控制信号控制航吊进行相应运动,进而抵消钢索因惯性力作用而发生的倾斜,避免了工作人员再去手扶钢索下端的物料,消除了潜在的安全风险,极大地提高了生产效率。
