The falling-off limiting device comprises a rocket booster, a guiding device, a falling-off device and a rocket booster adapter ring, one end of the guiding device is fixed to the abdomen of an unmanned aerial vehicle body, and a T-shaped connector cross rod of the guiding device is hinged to a connecting hole with a notch in the front end of the falling-off device. The rear end of the falling-off device is connected with two radial convex lugs of a rocket booster adapter ring through a limiting assembly, and the rocket booster adapter ring is arranged at the front end of a rocket booster in a sleeving mode; after the rocket booster finishes working, the rocket booster is automatically separated from the fuselage under the action of the gravity of the rocket booster and falls down; a cross rod of the T-shaped connector is dragged by the disengaging device to rotate to a certain angle, and after the cross rod of the T-shaped connector slides out of the notch in the front end, the rocket booster is completely separated from the unmanned aerial vehicle along with the disengaging device. The rocket booster can be reliably fixed, the included angle between the rocket booster and a vehicle body is not changed, a tail nozzle of the booster is prevented from being upwarped, and it is guaranteed that an unmanned aerial vehicle is not damaged.
本发明一种火箭助推器用脱落限位装置及方法,属于无人机发射技术领域;脱落限位装置包括火箭助推器、导向装置、脱落装置和火箭助推器转接环,导向装置一端固定于无人机机身腹部,导向装置的T形接头横杆与脱落装置前端带有缺口的连接孔铰接,脱落装置后端通过限位组件与火箭助推器转接环的两个径向凸耳连接,火箭助推器转接环套装于火箭助推器前端;当火箭助推器工作结束后,在其自身重力作用下与机身自动分离并向下坠落;由脱落装置牵动绕T形接头的横杆转动到一定角度,T形接头横杆从前端缺口滑出后,火箭助推器随同脱落装置与无人机完全分离。本发明能够可靠固定火箭助推器,使之与机体的夹角不变,避免助推器尾喷口上翘,保证无人机不受损。
