The invention discloses a signal CTCS + ATO vehicle-mounted automatic end changing system and method. The system comprises a first vehicle-mounted end, a second vehicle-mounted end and a temporary speed limiting server. The first vehicle-mounted end is used for transmitting the end changing request and the end changing data to the second vehicle-mounted end when a preset self-checking condition is met; the second vehicle-mounted end is used for sending a turn-back activation signal to the vehicle when receiving the request of changing the end and the data of changing the end; and the second vehicle-mounted end is also used for finishing startup registration and sending an automatic end change ending signal to the temporary speed limit server when the turn-back activation signal is sent. According to the invention, the first vehicle-mounted terminal sends the terminal changing request and data to the second vehicle-mounted terminal when the first vehicle-mounted terminal has the preset self-checking condition, the second vehicle-mounted terminal completes automatic terminal changing after receiving the data and sends the turn-back activation signal to the vehicle, at the moment, the first vehicle-mounted terminal enters the sleep mode, and the second vehicle-mounted terminal starts to operate, so that automatic terminal changing is realized; and the vehicle turn-back capability is prevented from being restricted due to overlong manual end changing time.

    本发明公开了一种信号CTCS+ATO车载自动换端系统及方法,该系统包括:第一车载端、第二车载端和临时限速服务器;第一车载端,用于在具备预设自检条件时,将换端的请求及换端的数据传输至第二车载端;第二车载端,用于在接收换端的请求和换端的数据时,向车辆发送折返激活信号;第二车载端,还用于在发送折返激活信号时,完成开机注册并向所述临时限速服务器发送自动换端结束信号。本发明由第一车载端在具备预设自检条件时向第二车载端发送换端请求和数据,第二车载端在接收到后完成自动换端并向车辆发送折返激活信号,此时第一车载端进入休眠模式并由第二车载端开始运作,从而实现了自动换端,防止因人工换端时间过长而制约车辆折返能力。
