The invention discloses a new energy thermal management system using motor waste heat, comprising: a motor circulation loop comprising a first electronic water pump, a DCDC module, an OBC module and a three-in-one motor driving module; the battery circulation loop comprises a cooler module, a second electronic water pump, a first PTC module and a battery pack; the five-way valve comprises a first valve port, a second valve port, a third valve port, a fourth valve port and a fifth valve port; wherein the three-in-one motor driving module is connected with the first valve port, the second valve port is connected with the cooler module, the battery pack is connected with the third valve port, and the fourth valve port is connected with the first electronic water pump. The motor circulation loop is connected with the battery circulation loop through the five-way valve, waste heat generated by the automobile motor is collected through the five-way valve and then conveyed to the battery circulation loop, the battery circulation loop supplies heat to the battery pack through the waste heat of the motor, and therefore a battery can still work at the proper temperature under the cold working condition, and the service life of the battery pack is prolonged. And the endurance mileage of the battery can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种利用电机余热的新能源热管理系统,包括:电机循环回路,包括第一电子水泵、DCDC模块、OBC模块和三合一电机驱动模块;电池循环回路,包括冷却器模块、第二电子水泵、第一PTC模块和电池包;五通阀包括第一阀口、第二阀口、第三阀口、第四阀口和第五阀口;其中:三合一电机驱动模块与第一阀口连接,第二阀口与冷却器模块连接,电池包第三阀口连接,第四阀口与第一电子水泵连接。本发明通过利用五通阀将电机循环回路与电池循环回路连接,汽车电机产生的余热通过五通阀收集然后输送至电池循环回路,电池循环回路利用电机余热对电池包供热,使得在寒冷工况下,电池仍然能够保持在适宜的温度下工作,有利于提高电池的续航里程。
