The invention discloses a preparation method of a 1650 DEG C-resistant flexible aluminum oxide continuous fiber heat insulation tile, and belongs to the technical field of high-temperature aluminum oxide materials. The 1650 DEG C resistant flexible aluminum oxide continuous fiber heat insulation tile comprises a flexible aluminum oxide heat insulation tile and a surface coating. The heat insulation tile is of a sandwich structure and is prepared by sewing an aluminum oxide continuous fiber cloth surface layer and an aluminum oxide continuous fiber felt middle layer. The coating is composed of a component A filler and a component B radiation agent. The component A is one or more of MoSi2, silicon carbide or silicon boride. And the component B is SiO2 powder, metal silicon powder, silicon carbide fibers and alumina fibers. The thermal insulation tile resistant to the high temperature of 1650 DEG C has the advantages of long-time high temperature resistance, excellent durability, special-shaped forming performance, high radiation performance and moisture resistance; the invention also provides a preparation method with a simple process.

    本发明公开了一种耐1650℃柔性氧化铝连续纤维隔热瓦制备方法,属于高温氧化铝材料技术领域。本发明所述的耐1650℃柔性氧化铝连续纤维隔热瓦,包括柔性氧化铝隔热瓦,以及表面涂层两部分。隔热瓦为夹层结构,由氧化铝连续纤维布表层与氧化铝连续纤维毡中间层采用缝合的方式制备而成。涂层组分A填料和组分B辐射剂构成。所述组分A为MoSi2、碳化硅或硼化硅的一种或者多种。所述组分B为SiO2粉,金属硅粉,碳化硅纤维,氧化铝纤维。本发明所述的耐1650℃高温的隔热瓦具有长时间耐高温性,优异耐久性,可异形成型性能,高辐射性能和防潮性能;本发明同时提供了一种工艺简单的制备方法。
