The invention provides an intelligent parking lot charging and discharging regulation and control method considering demand response. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring external data; the acquired external data are transmitted to the data receiving and processing module for processing, and then the processed data are integrated and sent to the decision optimization module; on the premise of processing the data, constructing an objective function of maximizing the transmission energy and minimizing the energy cost; constructing constraint conditions about maximum energy delivery and minimum energy cost; and according to the objective function and the constraint condition, an intelligent parking lot charging and discharging decision optimization model considering the demand response is constructed, and the decision optimization module optimizes the charging and discharging behavior of the intelligent parking lot according to the intelligent parking lot charging and discharging decision optimization model and the received external data. Compared with the prior art, the defects that the enthusiasm of electric automobile owners to supply power to a power grid is difficult to mobilize, and the charging and discharging behaviors of the intelligent parking lot are difficult to regulate and control reasonably are overcome.

    本发明提供一种考虑需求响应的智能停车场充放电调控方法,包括以下步骤:获取外部数据;将获取的外部数据输送到数据接收与处理模块进行处理,然后将处理后数据整合发送到决策优化模块;在对数据进行处理的前提下,构建最大化输送能量和最小化能源成本的目标函数;构建关于最大化输送能量和最小化能源成本的约束条件;根据所述目标函数和所述约束条件,构建考虑需求响应的智能停车场充放电决策优化模型,决策优化模块根据智能停车场充放电决策优化模型和接收的外部数据优化智能停车场的充放电行为。本发明与现有技术相比解决了难以调动电动汽车车主向电网中送电的积极性,合理调控智能停车场充放电行为的缺陷。
