The invention relates to a battery pack, an electric vehicle and an arc discharge prevention method. Comprising an anti-explosion valve, a lower box body, a battery module, a fireproof isolation plate, a sealing rubber strip, a high-voltage connecting wire, a fireproof plate, a fireproof plate fixing bracket, a battery upper cover and a battery management system, the battery module is fixed in the battery box body; the battery module comprises a left module and a right module; the left module and the right module are connected through a high-voltage connecting line; the high-voltage connecting line is connected with the battery management system; the fireproof isolation plate is fixed on the battery module; a sealing rubber strip is arranged between the fireproof isolation plate and the battery upper cover; the anti-explosion valve is fixed on the lower box body; the fireproof plate fixing bracket is fixed on the lower box body; and the fireproof plate is arranged below the battery upper cover and is fixed on the fireproof plate fixing bracket. By designing the high-temperature-resistant and insulated isolation plate in the battery pack, a loop is prevented from being formed between the battery cells under the condition of thermal runaway, the problem of high-voltage arc discharge is avoided, thermal diffusion of the battery is delayed, and the safety of the battery is improved.

    本发明是一种电池包、电动车辆和防拉弧方法。包括防爆阀、下箱体、电池模组、防火隔离板、密封胶条、高压连接线、防火板、防火板固定支架、电池上盖和电池管理系统;电池模组固定在电池箱体内部;电池模组包括左侧模组和右侧模组;左侧模组和右侧模组通过高压连接线连接;高压连接线与电池管理系统连接;防火隔离板固定在电池模组上;防火隔离板和电池上盖之间设置密封胶条;防爆阀固定在下箱体上;防火板固定支架固定在下箱体上;防火板设置在电池上盖的下方,固定在防火板固定支架上。本发明通过在电池包内设计耐高温且绝缘的隔离板,阻止在热失控情况下电芯之间形成回路,避免产生高压拉弧问题,延缓电池热扩散,提高电池安全性。
