The invention relates to a traffic flow prediction method based on a multi-view space-time diagram convolutional network, and the method comprises the steps: taking traffic data on a road network, a static diagram adjacency matrix and a trend similar diagram adjacency matrix as input, carrying out the extraction of time features and space features alternately, and carrying out the feature fusion through an output module, thereby achieving the prediction of traffic flow. Accurate prediction of the traffic flow is realized. According to the method, the spatial dependency relationship in the road is extracted from different angles, the spatial dependency relationship is captured from a global angle and a local angle, a multi-view space-time diagram convolutional network is provided, and traffic flow prediction is realized. Modeling is carried out on dependency relationships in road observation points from different angles, and then spatial features are extracted by using a multi-view graph convolution module, so that the capability of capturing spatial dependency of the module is improved, and the prediction performance of the model is improved.

    本发明为一种基于多视图时空图卷积网络的交通流预测方法,所述预测方法以路网上的交通数据、静态图邻接矩阵和趋势相似图邻接矩阵作为输入,通过交替进行时间特征和空间特征提取,然后使用输出模块进行特征融合,实现了交通流的精准预测。本发明从不同角度对道路中的空间依赖关系进行提取,实现从全局角度和局部角度进行空间依赖关系的捕获,提出多视图时空图卷积网络,实现交通流预测。通过从不同的角度对道路观测点中的依赖关系进行建模,然后利用多视图图卷积模块提取空间特征,以增加模块捕获空间依赖的能力,提高模型的预测性能。
