A bottom plate is detachably mounted on the upper surface or the lower surface of an unmanned aerial vehicle through a clamping assembly; the vertical beam is installed on the side, away from the unmanned aerial vehicle, of the bottom The connecting arm is hinged to the vertical beam through a second rotating shaft, the short side end of the connecting arm is connected with the bottom plate through a telescopic device, and the long side end of the connecting arm is provided with a contact plate; the thickness gauge and the permanent magnet piece are arranged on the contact plate; a thickness gauge is carried by an unmanned aerial vehicle, and the thickness of a zinc coating of a power transmission tower material is measured by adopting an eddy current method, so that the corrosion condition of the power transmission tower is quantitatively evaluated. And the bottom plate can be mounted on the upper/lower surface of the unmanned aerial vehicle, so that the rotation angle range of the connecting arm is wider, and multi-angle measurement of different parts/different forms of the power transmission tower is facilitated.

    本发明涉及无人机搭载镀锌层厚度测量装置,底板通过夹持组件可拆卸安装在无人机的上表面或下表面;竖梁安装在底板背离无人机的一侧;连接臂通过第二转轴铰接在竖梁,连接臂的短边端通过伸缩装置与底板连接,连接臂的长边端安装有触头板;测厚仪和永磁件安装在触头板上;通过无人机搭载测厚仪,采用涡流法对输电塔材镀锌层的厚度进行测量,实现对输电塔的腐蚀情况进行定量评估。底板可安装在无人机的上/下表面,使得连接臂的旋转角度范围更广,有利于对输电塔不同部位/不同形态多角度测量。
