A scale and a gradienter are placed above a main beam, the scale is vertically placed above a reference point M, a zero scale of the scale is aligned with the reference point M, the gradienter is used for measurement to obtain a reference height value H and the height H1 of a detection point, a reference point A is used as an x-axis original point, and the distance value between each detection point and the reference point A is used as an x-axis value of each detection point. The camber value of each detection point is a y-axis value, and substituting each numerical value into a function y = kx + b to finally obtain an actual camber value. According to the method, the detection precision of the main stress component of the large shipbuilding gantry crane is improved, and an accurate direction is provided for evaluating the bearing capacity and the service life of the main stress structure of the crane.

    一种龙门起重机主梁拱度检测方法,小车放置于龙门起重机的钢性支腿一侧,在钢性支腿和柔性支腿上分别设置一条竖向基准线,竖向基准线与主梁相交分别形成基准点A和基准点M,基准点A和基准点M之间设置有多个检测点。标尺和水平仪放置在主梁上方,先将标尺竖向放置在基准点M上方,标尺带有的零刻度与基准点M对齐,利用水平仪测量,得到基准高度值H及检测点处的高度H1,以基准点A为x轴原点,以各检测点距离基准点A的距离数值作为各检测点的x轴值,各检测点的拱度值为y轴值,将各数值带入函数y=kx+b中,最终得到实际拱度值。本发明提高了大型造船龙门起重机主受力构件的检测精度,为起重机主受力结构的承载能力和寿命评估提供了准确的方向。
