The invention provides a steel wire rope pre-tightening mechanism, which belongs to the technical field of tower crane hoisting mechanism steel wire ropes, and comprises a to-be-wound steel wire rope roller, an elastic brake mechanism, a magnetoelectric wheel set, an electromagnetic wheel set, a guide wheel set, a hoisting mechanism and a steel wire rope, the electromagnetic wheel set is respectively connected with the magnetoelectric wheel set and the guide wheel set, the guide wheel set is connected with the hoisting mechanism, one end of the steel wire rope is fixedly wound on a to-be-wound steel wire rope roller, the other end of the steel wire rope is sequentially wound on the magnetoelectric wheel set, the electromagnetic wheel set, the guide wheel set and the hoisting mechanism, and the other end of the steel wire rope is fixedly wound on the hoisting mechanism. According to the steel wire rope pre-tightening mechanism, mechanical friction type damping is converted into non-contact type damping, pre-tightening force is provided in a non-contact mode instead of an existing mechanical friction mode, no quick-wear part exists, and noise pollution is avoided; potential energy conversion is achieved through the generator, and energy loss is reduced.

    本发明提供一种钢丝绳预紧机构,属于塔式起重机起升机构钢丝绳技术领域,包括待卷钢丝绳滚筒、弹性刹车机构、磁电轮组、电磁轮组、导向轮组、起升机构和钢丝绳,待卷钢丝绳滚筒分别与弹性刹车机构和磁电轮组连接,电磁轮组分别与磁电轮组和导向轮组连接,导向轮组与起升机构连接,钢丝绳的一端固定缠绕在待卷钢丝绳滚筒上,钢丝绳的另一端依次卷绕在磁电轮组、电磁轮组、导向轮组和起升机构上,且钢丝绳的另一端固定缠绕在起升机构上。本发明设置的钢丝绳预紧机构把机械摩擦式阻尼转变为非接触式阻尼,以非接触性方式代替现有机械摩擦的方式提供预紧力,没有易损件,没有噪音污染;通过发电机实现势能转化使用,降低能源损耗。
