The invention discloses an aggressive child-mother satellite system based on electrodynamic tethered orbit descending, which comprises a platform satellite carrying a tethered satellite; wherein the platform satellite launches the tethered satellite according to an instruction of implementing strike on a target satellite in an attack range, and adheres to the target satellite and implements orbit descending. By the adoption of the technical scheme, space debris is greatly reduced, and space environmental protection is achieved.
