The invention relates to a movable target machine assembling and debugging platform which comprises a base, a machine body frame positioner, a wing positioner, an empennage cementing and positioning device, a machine head positioner, a machine tail positioner and a laser gradienter. Positioning and glue joint of a fuselage frame are achieved through a fuselage frame positioner, positioning and connection of wings are achieved through wing positioners, horizontal measurement and adjustment are achieved, glue joint of an empennage component and positioning connection of the empennage component and the fuselage are achieved through empennage glue joint and positioners, and positioning connection of a nose component and the fuselage is achieved through a nose positioner. Positioning connection of the tail and the fuselage is achieved through the tail positioner, the levelness of the fuselage, the nose, the tail and the empennage is detected through the laser gradienter, and the levelness of the tip of the wing is checked and adjusted. Structural assembly, fuselage leveling and empennage cementing are completed on one station, the tool, the station and the occupied area are small, the manufacturing cost is low, target drone components do not need to be assembled and debugged many times, the assembly period is short, and the assembly accuracy is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种可移动靶机装配调试平台,包括基座、机身框定位器、机翼定位器、尾翼胶接及定位器、机头定位器、机尾定位器和激光水平仪;通过机身框定位器实现机身框的定位与胶接,通过机翼定位器实现机翼的定位、连接,并实现水平测量与调整,通过尾翼胶接及定位器实现尾翼部件的胶接及与机身的定位连接,通过机头定位器实现机头部件与机身的定位连接,通过机尾定位器实现机尾与机身的定位连接,通过激光水平仪检测机身、机头、机尾、尾翼的水平度,以及检查并调整机翼翼尖水平度。实现了在一个工位上完成结构装配、机身调平、尾翼胶接,工装、工位、占地面积少,制造成本低,靶机部件无需多次装配和调试,装配周期短,装配准确度有保证。
