The present invention relates to an inert gas distribution system for a fuel tank, the fuel tank comprising fuel oil and a gas phase space, the inert gas distribution system comprising: a gas introduction port for introducing an inert gas; a gas branch line in fluid communication with the gas introduction port and may be disposed within the oil tank; the gas branch pipeline comprises a plurality of exhaust holes distributed along the length of the gas branch pipeline, and at least one exhaust hole in the plurality of exhaust holes can be immersed into fuel oil in the oil tank, so that the at least one exhaust hole can be exposed to the gas-phase space to enable inert gas to flow into the gas-phase space along with reduction of the liquid level of the fuel oil, and the flow rate of the inert gas distributed to the oil tank is adjusted. Therefore, the problem that the flow distribution of inert gas in the oil tank is not matched with the gas phase space volume of the oil tank can be solved by a simple structure, and the flammability of the oil tank can be quickly reduced. The invention also relates to an aircraft fuel tank inerting system and a method for adjusting the flow of inert gas in the fuel tank.

    本发明涉及一种用于油箱的惰性气体分配系统,油箱包括燃油和气相空间,惰性气体分配系统包括:气体引入端口,用于引入惰性气体;气体分支管路,其与气体引入端口流体连通,并且可以布置于油箱内;气体分支管路包括沿其长度分布的多个排气孔,多个排气孔中的至少一个排气孔能没入油箱内的燃油中,因而,随着燃油液面的降低,至少一个排气孔能暴露于气相空间以使惰性气体流入其中,从而调节分配至油箱的惰性气体的流量。由此,能以简单的结构来解决油箱内惰性气体流量分配和油箱的气相空间体积的不匹配问题,迅速地降低油箱的可燃性。本发明还涉及一种飞机油箱惰化系统以及一种用于调节油箱内惰性气体流量的方法。
