The brake comprises a brake master cylinder, a first piston, a liquid storage tank, a one-way valve, an electromagnetic valve, an electric cylinder, a motor, a simulation cylinder, a simulation cylinder piston, a brake pedal, a brake controller, a pedal travel sensor, a simulation spring, a two-position three-way valve, an emergency brake piston, a limiting mechanism and a second piston. The system has the advantages that the response speed is high, braking can be conducted according to instructions of the vehicle control unit, automatic driving is facilitated, and energy recovery can be conducted in a coordinated mode. Completely-isolated double-pipeline braking can be achieved only through one electric cylinder, the structure is simple, cost is low, and safety is good. The brake is completely decoupled, the energy recovery capacity is high, and the braking force is large during emergency braking. In addition, the electro-hydraulic brake is installed on the vehicle body, vibration and impact force borne by the electro-hydraulic brake are small, the failure rate is low, the unsprung mass of the vehicle is not increased, vibration of the vehicle is small, and riding comfort is good.

    本发明公开了一种基于液压传动的双管路全解耦电液制动器及方法,制动器包括制动主缸、第一活塞、储液罐、单向阀、电磁阀、电动缸、电动机、模拟缸、模拟缸活塞、制动踏板、制动控制器、踏板行程传感器、模拟弹簧、两位三通阀、应急制动活塞、限位机构和第二活塞。本发明具有反应速度快,可根据整车控制器的指令制动,方便用于自动驾驶,能协调进行能量回收的优点。只需要一个电动缸就能实现完全隔离的双管路制动,结构简单,成本低,安全性好。制动器完全解耦,能量回收能力强,应急制动时制动力大。另外,电液制动器装在车身上,受到的振动和冲击力小,故障率低,不增加车辆的非簧载质量,车辆的振动小,乘坐舒适性好。
