The invention discloses a semi-decoupling double-pipeline electro-hydraulic brake based on hydraulic drive. A brake master cylinder of the brake is divided into a front cavity, a middle cavity and a rear cavity through a first piston and a second piston, wherein the front cavity, the middle cavity and the rear cavity are isolated from one another. The brake pedal is connected with a push rod through a connecting rod, and a gap is formed between the push rod and the ejector rod; the electric cylinder is connected with the oil can through an electromagnetic valve which is connected with a one-way valve in parallel. The brake can automatically detect whether a hydraulic system leaks or air exists in the hydraulic system or not, safety is good, completely-isolated double-pipeline braking can be achieved only through one electric cylinder, and the number of used electromagnetic valves is small. Due to decoupling braking, the foot feeling during braking cannot be affected no matter whether energy recovery exists or not during braking. During manual backup braking, the electric cylinder and the liquid storage tank are communicated through the one-way valve and the electromagnetic valve, brake liquid can freely enter and exit from the rear cavity on the rear side of the second piston, and the situation that emergency braking is affected due to the fact that the electric cylinder cannot work is avoided.
