The embodiment of the invention provides a state of charge obtaining method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that vehicle operation parameters are obtained; determining a current use scene of the vehicle according to the operation parameters of the vehicle; and obtaining the current charge state of the vehicle according to the calculation strategy corresponding to the current use scene. By implementing the embodiment, the charge state can be accurately obtained under different real vehicle working conditions.
