After the BCM identifies the three signals, the IGN relay can be closed, and a starting request is sent to the VCU; fault diagnosis and judgment of high-voltage parts are added in the high-voltage power-on process, and if serious faults of the BMS or the MCU are detected, high-voltage power-on cannot be achieved; a direct-current bus voltage judgment condition is changed from fixed 60V to a calibratable value, and reasonable change is made based on actual conditions according to battery and motor type selection; after the wake-up relay is closed, the controller monitored by the VCU only monitors the GCU, the MCU, the DCDC and the OBC, and the number of the monitored controllers is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力汽车高压上电控制方法、电子设备及存储介质,该方法针对目前的高压上电逻辑进行结构优化,对现有技术的风险进行有效规避,具体措施包括:增加唤醒源:唤醒源由单一识别按下启动按钮,变更为识别3项:钥匙卡刷卡、打开主驾车门及按下启动按钮。BCM识别此3项信号后均可以闭合IGN继电器,给VCU发启动请求;高压上电流程中增加高压零部件的故障诊断判断,如果检测有BMS或MCU严重故障,无法上高压;直流母线电压判断条件由固定60V改为可标定值,根据电池、电机选型,基于实际情况做合理变更;唤醒继电器闭合后VCU监控的控制器只监控GCU、MCU、DCDC、OBC,减少监控的控制器数量。
