When the sampling control system detects that the polarization phenomenon of the battery is too large, the switch control system is switched and connected into the three-phase full-bridge rectifying circuit to obtain a short-time reverse voltage pulse, so that the battery is transiently discharged, the polarization phenomenon of the battery is reduced, and the PID algorithm control can realize high response speed, high voltage waveform control precision and stable output waveform.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车充电桩上的整流器的脉冲控制方法,对于大功率充电桩来说,充电电流往往较大,使电池出现严重的极化现象,不仅影响充电速率,还对电池有损害,本发明针对这种现象运用Vienna整流器进行PID控制,在大电流充电时,采样控制系统检测出电池极化现象过大时,开关控制系统转换接入三相全桥整流电路得到短时间的反向电压脉冲,使电池短暂的放电,减小电池极化现象,PID算法控制可实现反应速度快,电压波形控制精度高,输出波形稳定。
