A charging gun cooling structure comprises a liquid cooling inlet and outlet pipe, a base and a contact pin assembly, the liquid cooling inlet and outlet pipe is arranged at one end of the base, the contact pin assembly is located at the other end of the base and penetrates through the base to be connected with one end of the liquid cooling inlet and outlet pipe, the contact pin assembly comprises a contact pin base body and an insulation cap, and the insulation cap is arranged at one end of the contact pin base body. A cold liquid pipe is arranged in the hole of the pin base body, the outer wall of one end of the cold liquid pipe and the inner wall of the blind hole form a first sealing face, the second liquid inlet and the liquid outlet are located in the two sides of the first sealing face respectively, a preset distance is formed between the other end of the cold liquid pipe and the bottom of the blind hole, and a gap is formed between the outer wall of the cold liquid pipe and the inner wall of the blind hole. The liquid cooling pipe is arranged in the charging gun power pin, cooling liquid flows through a temperature rise key part, the heat transfer cooling area is increased, the cooling effect of liquid cooling on the connecting part of the charging end terminal and the wiring harness end terminal is improved, and the effect of controlling the temperature rise of the whole high-voltage transmission line under large current is achieved.

    一种充电枪冷却结构,包括:液冷进出管、基座以及插针组件,液冷进出管设于基座的一端,插针组件位于基座另一端,并穿过基座连接液冷进出管的一端,插针组件包括插针基体和绝缘帽,绝缘帽设于插针基体的一端,插针基体的孔内设有冷液管,冷液管的一端外壁与盲孔的内壁形成第一密封面,第二进液口和出液口分别位于第一密封面的两侧,冷液管的另一端与盲孔底部具有预定距离,冷液管的外壁与盲孔内壁之间具有间隙。在充电枪功率插针内部放置液冷管,让冷却液流经温升关键部位,增大了传热降温面积,提高了液冷对充电端端子和线束端端子连接部的降温效果,从而达到在大电流下,控制整个高压传输路线的温升的作用。
