The invention discloses a radar-based overflow detection method, device and equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the point cloud information of a target region through a radar, and setting a judgment region in the target region; according to the number of point clouds; determining whether the occupancy state is a low-speed occupancy state or a high-speed occupancy state; determining a current occupation state frame number through a low-speed counter or a high-speed counter; defining a low-speed occupancy state frame number threshold value and a high-speed occupancy state frame number threshold value; judging whether the target area is in an overflow state or not; comparing the current occupancy state frame number with a preset frame number threshold value to obtain a conclusion whether the target area overflows or not at present; if it is determined that the judgment area is in the non-occupied state, the current non-occupied state frame number is determined through a timeout counter, and whether the overflow state of the target area is relieved currently or not is determined. According to the invention, all-weather high-precision overflow state detection can be carried out on the target area, and the target overflow condition can be found in time.

    本申请公开了一种基于雷达的溢出检测方法、装置、设备及存储介质,该方法包括:雷达获取目标区域的点云信息,在所述目标区域内设置判断区域;根据点云数量;确定所述占用状态为低速占用状态或高速占用状态;通过低速计数器或高速计数器确定当前占用状态帧数;定义低速占用状态帧数阈值和高速占用状态帧数阈值;判断目标区域是否为溢出状态;将所述当前占用状态帧数与预设帧数阈值对比,得出目标区域当前是否溢出的结论;若确定所述判断区域处于非占用状态,则通过超时计数器确定当前非占用状态帧数,确定目标区域当前是否解除溢出状态。本申请可以对目标区域进行全天候高精度溢出状态检测,便于及时发现目标溢出情况。
